Rookwood Farmhouse is a charming house set in a beautiful landscape garden which Charlotte and Rupert have created over the last 30 years. There are four beautiful bedrooms, two in the main house and two in the Coach House. Each room is individually decorated to the highest quality with antique furnishings to give its own unique style. A delicious home cooked breakfast is served in the elegant dining room and on a chilly night you can relax in front of a roaring fire in the Guests sitting room. Stroll in the wonderful garden that is still being created and enjoy the delightful parterre vegetable garden. On sunny days you can enjoy a drink by the swimming pool, or relax with a book in the conservatory.

Charlotte is interested in gardening, dogs and horses while Rupert is interested in sailing bicycling and music. They open the garden and hold events to raise money for charities. They offer you a warm welcome, a good night's sleep, a good breakfast and help with your onward travel plans.

Rookwood is conveniently located close to the A34/A4 junction, just 5 miles from M4 Junction 13 Newbury, yet benefits from countryside views and a large garden.
