All Bookings are prepayment and non-refundable. Please note the same card used for the booking, together with a photo ID are required at check in. When booking, you must give your expected arrival time. Mobility Access Statement: Lobby entrance includes a ramp to allow access to the lift and is large enough to accommodate wheelchair/mobility impaired guests. The Penthouse is a duplex apartment (apartment with stairs). Currently no apartments have been converted with disability features. Check-in for Christmas Eve is from 12:00-16:00 and on New Years' Eve it is 14:00-18:00. Check-in will not be possible outside of these hours. Any property occupied is strictly on the basis that the accommodation is for holiday use only and that no right to remain in the property after the end of the holiday period booked exists for the person or persons who occupy the property. All persons will vacate the property at the conclusion of the period of the holiday booking.
