A very quiet, 'remote' location. You really feel you've left the world behind. It is low key, not 5 star which suits me. Not a lot of cooking facilities but enough. Laundry facilities good. Plenty of space and a beautiful location. Cows almost outside the front door! Sheep a hundred metres down the road.

Lovely tranquil setting, with everything we needed in the property. The owners, Dominic and Rosie, live next door and are very kind, helpful and friendly. They made us feel extremely welcome. It felt safe, comfortable and relaxed. There are great walks from the property, or it is only a short drive away from a variety of historic castles, beautiful gardens and fascinating places to visit. Driving along the lanes to the property it felt timeless, with an abundance of wonderful flora and fauna.

We enjoyed our stay! Kitchen well equipped. Beautiful views, very quiet neighborhood. Hosts very friendly and helpful. On the day of arrival we were treated with fresh scones, jam, and fresh milk. Pet friendly. There is also 220V socket available on site-which allowed us to charge our car battery.

The location was wonderful, a stone's throw from Brechfa Forest with all it's wonderful nature and walks, a half hour from the Brecons and going the other way some lovely beaches. Superb hosts and setting, couldn't praise highly enough IMHO.

Lovely quiet location, ideal for walks and with lots of historic and prehistoric sites nearby. The accommodation was bigger than expected and well laid out. Lovely bedrooms, large living space and the table tennis is a definite bonus! Loved the bathroom as well - it's very practical for a family that the shower, toilet and sink area are separate - very spacious and beautifully finished. Rosie and Dominic were very friendly and the homemade bread was delicious. We are looking forward to coming back in the future!

Dominic and Rosie were so welcoming and kind. We let ourselves in and were so happy with the place. It was bigger than it looked in the pictures and all 5 of us had plenty of space to relax in the living area and kitchen. The table tennis was a hit with the kids, they immediately wanted to move all the furniture to get it out and played many times in our 4 day stay. The shower room being separated from the toilet was ideal and the washing machine was very useful after we arrived rather muddy. The beds were comfortable and everything looked clean and tidy. I will definitely be back next time I take a trip to this area. Just be careful when driving nearby, google doesn't know how overgrown the bushes get but once we figured out the correct road it was easy enough. The road the barn is on is plenty wide enough just some of the approaches aren't the maintained very well. The view is an added bonus as are the local walks and wildlife.

Logement très confortable et calme dans une très belle vallée, belles balades dans la forêt toute proche, mais aussi très bien situé pour une découverte du sud Pays de Galles. Des propriétaires qui habitent à coté très accueillants : à notre arrivée nous attendaient des scones frais, de la confiture, du beurre, du lait frais...Nous avons même récupéré la recette des scones. Une superbe semaine bien trop courte!
