Excellent location - only a short distance from country walks and climbs, waterfalls, sea, beaches and small towns with lots to do. Fantastic host - Ruth really went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Great breakfast - for a small guest house the breakfast was amazing, so many options from the buffet plus a cooked breakfast of my choosing each morning. A beautiful peaceful getaway!

The scenery at the cottage is awesome with a beach and mountain view. Food was homecooked, eggs from the hens, cooked just beautifully. The bed was so comfy we asked about the mattress so we can buy one. Shower worked well and Ruth couldnt do enough for us.The tap water is from their spring, how amazing was that.. The beach is a short car journey with cafe and toilets. The location is quiet but not too far away from all the wonderful places to visit. The cottage was well equipped with books, games, dvds and even binoculars. A real treat of a find. Can't wait to book again.

Der Aufenthalt im Rhiwiau Guesthouse war der Höhepunkt unserer Rundreise durch Wales. Das Haus ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin war herzlich und hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Sie hat außerdem tolle Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Wanderungen mit uns geteilt. Es werden nur maximal 2 Zimmer vermietet, was eine familiäre und persönliche Atmosphäre entstehen lässt. Das Rhiwiau Guesthouse liegt sehr ländlich und ruhig, man blickt auf das Meer und hat hinter sich die Berge. Mit dieser Lage ist es der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um Nordwales zu erkunden. Neben einem großen Zimmer mit kleiner Terrasse steht den Gästen auch ein Gemeinschaftszimmer mit Kamin zur Verfügung, der jeden Tag für uns eingeheizt wurde. Für das Frühstück wurden wir nach Wünschen und Vorlieben gefragt. Wir haben die Kochkünste von Ruth sehr genossen.
