Pwll-y-Faedda (which means "Churning Pools" in English) is a stunning 1920's Fishing Lodge set in 26 acres on the banks of the river Wye located in Erwood in the heart of Wales. The property has half a mile of double bank fishing rights and is a stone's throw from the river. Now a private home, all nine bedrooms have recently been refurbished to a high modern standard while some of the reception rooms are essentially the same as when the Arts & Crafts style house was built in 1921.

The property is accessed directly from the main A470 trunk road giving travel times to the Royal Welsh Show of less than 10 minutes, the entrance to the Brecon Beacons National Park is less than 15 minutes away and the Hay Festival is less than 20 minutes away.
