Guests will receive a rental agreement via email, which must be agreed up to 14 days prior to arrival.

Guests are required to upload a photo ID and credit card ahead of check-in via a secured link.

Please note the property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise levels.

Loud parties are strictly prohibited.

If these rules are broken, guests will be asked to leave immediately by security who operate 24/7, and no refund will be offered.

Please note this is a non-smoking property. Guests who smoke in the property will be subject to an additional fee.

Extra person fees will apply if more people stay than stated in the original booking.

Please note the £35 per hour Late Checkout Fee. If the guest gives short notice of a late check-out, or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site but unable to proceed with cleaning, due to a guest remaining at the property, a £35 per hour late check-out fee will be incurred in addition to the cleaning fee.

ゲストは賃貸借契約書を受け取り、到着前に署名したうえで宿泊施設に提出する必要があります。契約書が規定の時間内にゲストの手元に届かなかった場合、ゲストは予約確認書に記載されている電話番号にて宿泊施設管理会社までお問い合わせいただく必要があります。

18歳未満のゲストは、親または正式な保護者の同伴がある場合のみチェックインできます。

£200の損害補償用デポジットの支払いが必要となります。 課金は、チェックイン日の日前に行われます。 クレジットカードでお支払いください。 デポジットは、チェックアウト後7日以内に返金されます。 デポジットは宿泊施設の点検後、問題がなければクレジットカードに全額返金されます。
