The central location was fantastic, we could cover all Edinburgh on foot from the apartment. We loved the view from the living room window onto Grassmarket, we felt in the middle of it even from the inside. The WiFi was strong, and the dishwasher and washing machine were practical as we were staying for a week. We would certainly stay here again.

We are family run property agency in central Edinburgh, specialising in short term holiday lets. Jason Redman is a Chartered Surveyor and Kathryn Lorimer a Chartered Accountant, so we both bring a high level of professionalism to our work. We usually 'meet and greet' all our guests upon their arrival at the property, although during the ongoing Coronavirus situation, we have a convenient key box at the property which we are requesting guests to use for 'self check-in' :) We have been involved in holiday lettings management since 2001, working predominantly with arranging holiday lets in Edinburgh over the summer months and handling a small portfolio of properties all year round. For visiting guests to Edinburgh, we are passionate about providing guests with a first class experience and as you would expect we are friendly, reliable and professional with all our interactions. We love our guests, and nothing makes us happier than happy guests! We are continually working to ensure that we deliver the best possible service for our guests. A lovely 1st floor apartment in Edinburgh's historic and vibrant Old Town area with fabulous city views on to the Grassmarket area. You can simply sit and watch the world go by from this apartment! Accommodation comprises a comfortable living room with fold out double sofabed and dining table (seats 4) which leads into a well equipped kitchen area (dishwasher included) and breakfast bar (with 2 bar stools). The large double bedroom is quietly situated to the rear of the building and the accommodation has the benefit of a very nice spacious bathroom with dual wash basins and a walk in shower. TV and Wi-fi is provided along with hotel quality bed linen / towels. This fantastic city pad is is ideal for couples, small families or friends (4 persons max). Our hospitality Manager usually 'meets and greet' guests upon their arrival, although we have a convenient 'key box' at the property and due to health and safety for all our guests during the ongoing Coronavirus situation, we are requesting guests to use our convenient 'self check-in' procedure :)

Location, location, location! This flat is perfect for couples or small families, being ideally situated on the beautiful Victoria Street in Edinburgh's Old Town. It is the perfect base for exploring Edinburgh's rich history with Edinburgh Castle and The National Museum of Scotland just 3-5 mins walk away. For Walkers, head to Holyrood Park and Arthur's Seat for a long hike and rewarding City Views from the top. When you're tired of walking, there are plenty of restaurants (from fine dining to fabulous Bistros), a bustling cafe scene and many Scottish pubs for you beer lovers and whisky connoisseurs.
