Situated in Westleton, 2.3 miles from RSPB Minsmere, Mulleys Cottage (Bed and Breakfast) offer free WiFi access and onsite parking. This Grade II listed property features ceiling beams and is within 20 minutes' walk of Westleton Heath National Nature Reserve. Each room includes a TV along with a refrigerator, dining area, and tea and coffee making facilities. Both rooms are annex rooms, and have their own private entrances. One room has a sofa. Featuring a bath or a shower, the private bathrooms also come with a hairdryer. Guests can enjoy garden views from the rooms. Breakfast is served each morning in the main house. Guests can enjoy the property's private garden. There are local pubs within a 10-minute walk.

Mulleys Cottage (Bed and Breakfast) is a very special property surrounded by a beautiful garden. There are two outside annex rooms, Both with a double bed. Both rooms are very private and have an area outside where you can sit. The property is grade II listed. There is parking at the cottage, but a lot of guests prefer to use the free car park within a 2 minute walk. The cottage is about 500 years old and was originally two cottages. There is a large extra bedroom upstairs with a super king sized bed and its own sitting room.
This property is very close to Minsmere bird reserve. There are lots of lovely walks around the area. Within the village are two excellent pubs for food. Westleton Crown and Westleton White Horse. Also there is a very good book shop and village shop. Westleton is close to Dunwich, Southwold, Aldeburgh where there are some lovely beaches and shopping.
