Hosts Monique and Kit went out of their way to make us most welcome and changed our room to a ground floor apartment when they noticed my mobility issues. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. The food was also excellent. We will definitely return!

Molesworth Arms is a 19th century village pub situated in the village of Pyworthy, Devon. The property is 2 miles from the Cornish border, and 9 miles from the sandy beaches in Bude. The property features a bar, as well as a restaurant serving British cuisine. Free WiFi is available. There are two cosy & comfortable rooms located on the 1st floor and breakfast is included in these rooms. A new self contained apartment is located on the ground floor with kitchen. The rural area around Pyworthyis is popular for walking and cycling. Padstow is 48 km from the accommodation, while Port Isaac is 38 km away. The Molesworth Arms is a village pub in Pyworthy, North Devon. Beautiful country lanes and only 10 miles from Bude and the surrounding wild Cornish coast. We relocated last October (2015) and opened up the pub in December 2015. The pub was closed down for over two years and now it is breathing again and the village has there pub back. You are sure of a warm welcome, large open wood fire, local Ales and good pub food. Please note the bar & restaurant is closed on Monday's & Tuesday's. We are happy to open the bar on your arrive if you would like a drink and should you require a meal please let us know in advance so we can arrange.
We are a husband and wife team who have opted for lifestyle change here in Devon/Cornwall. Blissfully happy and comfortable with our own businesses in leafy Berkshire we stumbled across the Molesworth Arms.
