Middlemoor Farm Holidays offers quirky luxury glamping, ideally situated halfway between the coast and the Cheviots. Miss Ellie and Moonraker are two narrow boats we have brought upto Northumberland and "moored them on the moor". Both boats have been lovingly renovated to a very high standard, each having a fully equipped kitchen and dining areas, electric heating and hot water/showers. Beautiful white cotton sheets and towels provided for all guests. Outside there are Log fired Hot Tubs (extra charge - Spa service charge - this includes use of the hottub, use of hoodytowel robes & logs for one use of the hottub ), BBQ's outside furniture and fire pits. When Booking one of the boats you will be the only guests in that boat Miss Ellie is described as the Family Cabin, Moonraker is the Double. Please remember to bring your bathers and sliders/flip flops if you wish to use the hottubs. Peweet and Plover are our two showman caravans that we finished renovating June 2019, the views are equally as good, the vans are more spacious with gorgeous pink kitchens with a full oven, hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine making them very suitable for longer stays, each has its own log fired hottub Bracken and Fern our two new pods, Kingsize beds, again with log fired hottubs, enclosed outdoor space and dog friendly

Halfway between the Coast and the Cheviots - The boats are on the side of a hill with fantastic views out to sea and behind you is the cheviot hills. They are a 5 minute drive off the A1. Within 5 miles there is Carnabys for Brunch/Lunch Afternoon Tea and the PackHorse in Ellingham for evening meals. We are 5 miles North of Alnwick, 7 miles to Bamburgh, 10 miles to Holy Island. Middlemoor is very much a working farm so there are very likely to be sheep and cattle in the field next to you along with local wildlife.
