Popular among contractors working at BAE Systems and The Windfarms for its 'on-site' location. This regenerated Urban area is famed for its Industrial position next to the Sea and Shipyard. There is limited 2 hour bay on-street parking available, however we are unable to reserve parking spaces. Permits are only available on a 5 week or longer stay and are applied for from Westmoreland and Furness Council.

These Streets have been renamed Maritime Apartments. 200m Walk to BAE Systems Main Gate we are on the waterfront of industry. The Lake District is approximately a 40 minute drive from our apartments.
