Marian is a gorgeous cottage situated in the foothills of Ingleborough at the tail end of Ingleton high street. Sandra and Dave are both good hosts and they made every effort to be accommodating during our stay, including with early access to the cottage on the first day. The cottage itself has a brilliant Aga that supplies a nice warm glow downstairs. The kitchen and lounge are both pretty cosy, and good to socialise in. Both bedrooms are a decent size but the toilet being downstairs, and the shower being upstairs, is a bit inconvenient at certain times of the day/night. In terms of the location, Ingleton itself has plenty to offer - pubs, an Italian, a top notch chippy and a Co-op to boot. The viaduct in Ingleton is a feast for the eyes and from Marian Cottage you've got proximity to various Yorkshire peaks and the local waterfalls.

Beautiful cottage. Great location. Beds are exceptionally comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Fabulous welcome folder with everything I'd like to know about Ingleton and the surrounding areas. Fully equipped kitchen. Great communication from the hosts. 100% would stay here again. The neighbours were lovely and had a few chats with them. Able to park locally very easily.

 This property had everything we needed for our stay. Having mixed weather, it was great to be able to dry all our wet weather gear in the utility room and the Aga kept the cottage beautifully warm. We also enjoyed the use of the log burner for warm, cosy nights in. The cottage is a real home from home having all the necessary utensils.

Cottage is on the High Street and only a short walk to local Pubs/Bars, takeaways, restaurants and convenience stores. Cottage itself is very nicely presented, a cosy lounge with open fire and TV. Good sized kitchen (including AGA oven, toaster, kettle, cutlery, plates, cups and plates etc and table to seat 4. Small rear extension with Fridge, Washing machine and toilet - also access to small patio at rear. Upstairs, two good sized rooms with double beds and wardrobes. Also a shower room. All very nicely decorated and cosy. Free internet. Owners very friendly and accommodating.
