A lovely 4 bedroom farmhouse now available as a self catering Holiday Let, located on our working farm in the heart of South Devon. Our farmhouse can sleep up to 9 people and we are dog friendly. We offer a large dining room with a full size Snooker table, a spacious living room full of games and DVDs and a garden with beautiful views of our farmland and out to sea. We are just a short 10 minute walk to the nearest dog friendly beach and we have the lovely village pub right at the end of our driveway.

Here is a little bit about us.. We are Rachel, Jake, Ruby & Molly, a young family who have set up our own Farming and Holiday Let business on our 122-acre farm. We have had many exciting adventures over the years, but this has got be our biggest one yet. It has been our long-awaited dream to run our own farm and Holiday Let business and we can’t quite believe we are finally here! We currently have a herd of cattle and are hoping to get Sheep in due course to continue to develop our family farming business. Here is a few exciting things you might just want to add to your list of adventures.. Just 1 mile from the farm, you will find the town of Dawlish, boasting a golden beach and home to a range of birds as well as the famous black swans. There are plenty of cycle routes to explore. The Exe Estuary stretches 20 miles from Dawlish to Exmouth, with stunning scenery along the coast. The South West Coastal Path offers beautiful walks, linking you to Dawlish Warren, Exmouth, Teignmouth and Torbay. The South Devon railway is a multi-award-winning attraction that runs along the coast from Exeter to Newton Abbot providing stunning views of the estuary and the sea. Teignmouth is a beautiful coastal town with historic buildings, long sandy beaches and an array of restaurants offering fresh locally sourced food. It's the perfect place to explore- with water sports, a Victorian pier, play park, Shaldon Zoo, crazy golf, outdoor swimming pool and skate park.
