This is a non smoking property.

All guests attending are required to send a copy of a photo identification at least 30 days prior to arrival.

A signed contract before arrival is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Please note, the property will contact guests after receiving booking confirmation with additional details related to their stay.

Please inform us in advance if you will be using a business credit card.

A copy of the front and back of the card used to make the booking showing only the last 4 digits of the card number and CVC is required before arrival.

Extra guests are not permitted and lost keys will incur a charge of GBP 50.

All guests will be asked to leave if the rules are broken and there will be no refund.

Check-in outside of the check-in times is subject to confirmation by the property.

出発予定日を繰り上げてチェックアウトする場合も、予約済みの宿泊料金合計を支払う必要があります。

ヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー（男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー）などは禁止されています。

この宿泊施設は住宅街にあるため、大きな声や音を出さないようにご配慮ください。

ゲストは賃貸借契約書を受け取り、到着前に署名したうえで宿泊施設に提出する必要があります。契約書が規定の時間内にゲストの手元に届かなかった場合、ゲストは予約確認書に記載されている電話番号にて宿泊施設管理会社までお問い合わせいただく必要があります。

18歳未満のゲストは、親または正式な保護者の同伴がある場合のみチェックインできます。

£200の損害補償用デポジットの支払いが必要となります。 課金は、チェックイン日の日前に行われます。 クレジットカードでお支払いください。 デポジットは、チェックアウト後14日以内に返金されます。 デポジットは宿泊施設の点検後、問題がなければクレジットカードに全額返金されます。
