This is a modern property that we have just recently refurbished. The kitchen and dining area is on the ground floor, whilst the living space and bedrooms are on the first floor, making it feel spacious and ideal for small groups and families. There is plenty of light throughout; we have tried to create a relaxing, calm and comfortable space. The living room has a large flat screen television with a full Sky TV package, including Movies and Sports, as well as an Xbox with an assortment of games. There is fibre optic broadband in the apartment free of charge. Your car can be parked on the forecourt at the front of the property. There is a bus stop outside where the bus takes you into Blackpool or Poulton-le-Fylde. The mattresses are new and bed linen is 100% cotton.
My office is next door to the property, which means I am around should you have any queries. I also live in the neighbourhood so can be on hand at weekends and evenings. I have a collection of holiday let accommodation across the North West which I run successfully, and am lucky to have a great team of cleaning and maintenance staff on board. I think this property is a great spot for those wanting to check out the Fylde coast area and am happy to offer tips and advice on places to visit/eat & drink.
Just 1 mile from Poulton town centre and 2 miles from Blackpool, the property is in the quiet and safe neighbourhood. There is a bus stop opposite which can take you to Blackpool and Poulton and a Miller & Carter across the road. There is a shop next door to the property where you can purchase basic amenities, but further afield there are various supermarkets - Aldi, Lidl and Booths. Poulton-le-Fylde is a historic Market town and offers many cafes, restaurants, bars and small shops. It has become a very popular pub crawl destination with a lively night life, but also is a pretty place to spend the afternoon. Pulci Pizza is a small Italian restaurant with a great atmosphere and a reasonably priced menu - we advise to book in advance! St Chad's churchyard in the centre of the town is a must see in Spring time as it is filled with flowers! For those wanting to venture out of town a little more, Lytham St Annes is a lovely town with upmarket eateries and stylish bars, and an option to walk along the estuary. Of course, Blackpool is a fun day out, and is just a 7/8 minute drive from the apartment. Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Waterworld - the kids will sleep well that night!
