In the charming coastal town of Oban, Lagganbeg Guest House offers individually styled rooms just a 5-minute walk from bars and the harbour front. With free Wi-Fi throughout, it also provides freshly cooked breakfasts. Featuring a TV and free tea and coffee, each room is decorated with artwork of Oban. All rooms have an en suite shower room. Oban’s famous whisky distillery, surrounded by restaurants, is 5 minutes’ walk away. Lovely bay views from historic McCaig’s Tower are a 15-minute uphill walk from the house.

We are on the main road entering the town centre of the seaside town of Oban on the west coast of Scotland . The seafront and town centre is two minutes away from our house, the guest house is a very small family run we do have any staff and do everything ourselves. There is only public parking available as we are on a main road and the house is a Victorian town house so all rooms are up stairs there is three floors in to at all. lol our rooms are ensuite and are small in size therefore we cannot accommodate any more than two persons per rooms, no extra beds or cots can be allocated we also do not have family or triple rooms and the guest house is too small to accommodate families . We do not accept pets and all bedding is hypo allergic. We provide a continental buffet breakfast which is included in the room rate is served between 8-9 am early breakfasts can be provided but no earlier than 7.15 am. We cannot accept check in after 9.30 pm . The house is quirky in style with lots of art interest.
