## The space The open-plan living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring London. There is a comfy sofa as well as a TV to keep you entertained. Feel free to take advantage of the fully-equipped kitchen - great if you prefer to cook at home (although London is famous for its world-class bars and restaurants - be sure to check the Guidebook section for some of my personal recommendations!). In the bedroom you will find a very comfortable double bed to ensure you get a good night’s sleep. My cleaners place fresh, hotel quality linen and towels on your bed prior to arrival. Finally, the flat boasts a bathroom with a very nice shower. Toiletries including shower gel and shampoo provided! ## Guest access You will have access to the entire flat. ## Guest interaction I will be always available on the phone/email for any questions or help. ## Other things to note There is a 24 hour manned reception and security service at the property and underground parking is available on site for a small extra charge. There is access to a large communal verandah overlooking the Shard and Central London.

## The neighborhood Like the perfect pot of afternoon tea, Southwark has been culturally steeping for centuries. The neighbourhood is home to many of the city’s iconic landmarks—London’s most famous bridges, buildings, and museums are located in Southwark. Crisscross the Thames via the Tower, Millennium, or London bridges and be rewarded with panoramic views of history abutting modernity—Southwark boasts Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, the Tate Modern museum, London’s famous Borough market, and myriad pubs and restaurants. ## Getting around The flat is located a literal stone's throw from the historic Tower Bridge and just 10 minutes away from London Bridge Rail and Underground Station and there's an exceptionally convenient bus stop just outside the building.
