The annex is located a few minutes walk from Brockenhurst village centre. Forest ponies and donkeys visit the green outside the property most days. The annex has one bedroom with 2 single beds. The bedroom and bathroom are located on the upper floor. The stairs are open plan. The bathroom has an extra large bath with a hand held shower attachment, there is no stand up shower. The ground floor is open plan, with a fully fitted kitchen kitchen located at one end and living area at the other. There is a gas cooker (hob and oven). A microwave/washing machine/toaster/kettle and single stainless steel sink. There is a T.V./ fold down table and 2 dining chairs/ 2 seater sofa and an armchair. The annex is gas centrally heated with a combi boiler and can be independently controlled by guests. The annex is attached to the main house , which is also a holiday let. Guests at the annex have a small paved patio area, the main garden is for use by the guests in the main house. There are 2 chairs and a table on the patio outside the annex for guests to use. Guests of the Main House and The Annex share the front gate. Parking for Hops annex guests is strictly on the road. (Horlock Road is suggested.) The driveway in front of the house is used by guests in the Main House.

The main line railway station from London, is only about 10 minute walk away. The village includes a Tesco, Coop, bakers, chemist, wine bar, hairdressers, fruit and Veg, butcher, petrol station, iron mongers and an array of restaurants and cafes. there are also three local pubs all providing good food. Brockenhurst is the perfect place to stay, in the heart of the New Forest, with all the shops and amenities you would require.
