Located in the heart of one of Newcastle’s main, central nightlife districts, the Bigg Market, all five apartments in Honeypot House are ideal for any group wanting something a little bit different for their Newcastle weekend. Nestled above Newcastle’s iconic Beehive pub, the five apartments within Honeypot House each come with bags of character and charm. You’ve got the Wild West-themed Toon Saloon (with its own self-serve bar!) and Butch Cassidy’s Bunkhouse, the effortlessly photogenic, Alice in Wonderland-inspired Mad Hatter’s Tea Room and Through the Looking Glass and the ultimate in luxury, the Loft Penthoose apartment. For anyone in need of a spot of retail therapy, you’ll have the renowned shopping thoroughfares of Intu Eldon Square and Northumberland Street right on your doorstep, and for football fans, NUFC’s home ground, St. James’ Park, is just a 10 minute walk from the property. We’re passionate about celebratory weekends. We’ve been in the travel industry for two decades, so it’s safe to say we know a thing or two about what makes the perfect place to stay. We’re based in Newcastle ourselves (propa proud Geordies, us) and we know the city like the back of our hands, and are aware of all of the very best spots for shopping, entertainment, eating and drinking – which is exactly why we chose to create this hotel in the central and iconic Bigg Market. Since 1999, we’ve specialised in stag and hen parties, and know that the majority of groups want somewhere well within walking distance of all the main nightlife spots (including the bars they’ve seen on Geordie Shore) – and staying in the Bigg Market certainly ticks that box.
