We, Diane and Tony run both Houseboat Heyvon self catering home and Houseboat Harbourside View. They are positioned next to each other along the Embankment rd, Bembridge. We started up Heyvon as a self catering home some 15 years ago while we still worked full time, fast forward a few years and we decided to build a large boat to do bed and breaKfast on and so Harbourside View was created in 2013.We live in Harbourside view. This means that we can offer guests a choice of self catering holidays and/or bed and breakfast. Keeping Heyvon dog friendly means we can offer family or friends the chance to get away together with or without their dogs. Often we will have family or friends staying in Heyvon with their dogs and their friends booking a room in Harbourside view. This allows guests to be close enough to enjoy each other’s company but offer space and privacy. We enjoy having guests to stay in our property and will always be on hand to meet and greet plus make sure if guests need something we are always there on hand. Heyvon offers the perfect place to unwind and there is no doubt that once you have stayed you will want to return !

Houseboat Heyvon is a beautiful unique property that has extensive sea views as it is situated in the peaceful surroundings of Bembridge harbour,a site of scientific interest. Although made with the base of a boat Heyvon does not go up and down with the tide as it is a static build secured on stilts.The tide comes around the boat at high tide and thus allows for fishing from the deck or sitting and enjoying the views while feeding passing swans and ducks.The property has direct access to the pavement at all times. Bembridge village is a short walk away where you will find shops, restaurants and the local pub.The Best dressed Crab a well known eatery is a 5 min walk from Heyvon. Bembridge harbour is a quiet area and Houseboat Heyvon offers visitors a chance to relax and chill no matter what the weather as there are extensive sea views from outside and inside the property. The beach is a short walk at the end of the road. Local towns such as Sandown,Ryde, Shanklin are a short drive away.
