Any complaints must be notified in the first instance to My Holiday Marketing immediately so that they can investigate the circumstances and take any necessary action. In no circumstances can compensation be made for any complaints that are made after the date of departure, or where your have denied or prevented us or our agents the opportunity to try to put matters right during the bookers stay.

Strategically located near both Sandy bay and not far from the strand and beach, Hamilton House is a fine, semi-detached Georgian villa with parking. Beautifully refurbished, this bright home has stripped floors and a simple colour palette. Exmouth's 2 miles of golden sand beach are just a 20 minute walk away, and the town centre just 15 minutes. The house has 5 bedrooms (1 en suite), a large open plan kitchen / dining room, a spacious kitchen and a family bathroom. At the back, an enclosed level part-lawn garden with terrace (table/chairs) and, at the end of the garden a barbeque. Large living room with bay window, fireplace and TV/DVD/Blu-ray. Well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric double oven and hob), with doors to terrace, small table for 4. Elegant dining area (comfortable seating for 10) . Downstairs twin bedroom with en suite bathroom (zip-linkable to double) . Upstairs, four bedrooms over two floors. On the second floor, a twin bedroom with 360 degrees view over the town.

You can enjoy views of the beautiful Exe Estuary 15 minutes walk away. There is a bike path through Phear park to town, Budleigh Salterton and Sandy Bay. The stunning Exe Trail cycle path following the river up to Exeter and beyond is also accessible after a short ride through the park. Exmouth has a large selection of shops, restaurants, theatre, cinema, bowling alley, bars and pubs as well as its pretty beach and marina. A Cantonese restaurant is available around the corner, a lot of pubs and restaurants within few hundred meters; swimming pool, tennis courts and gym in town; and golf in the park. There is a bus stop less than a minute walk from the property. This will offer a direct link to Exeter, Exeter Airport and various parts of Exmouth. Exmouth has a train station in the heart of town, around 20 minutes walk away. From here, it's a 30 minute ride to the historic town of Exeter and the route follows the estuary with many pretty villages. The picturesque Route 2 national cycle route starts in Exmouth and goes up the river to Exeter and over to Dawlish and Starcross.Bikes can be hired at Exmouth cycles. Stuart Line cruises offer year round boat trips around and across the bay
