Situated near the enchanting Waveney Valley and straddling the Norfolk/Suffolk border, Grove Barn offers a serene escape in the countryside, exclusively catering to guests seeking a child-free environment. We are excited to share that our establishment is now dog-friendly, and we are delighted to welcome our guests' furry friends. We offer the “Garden Room”, a double room that accommodates one small, well-behaved dog, with easy access to the outdoors. While staying with us, dogs must not be left alone in the room and are not allowed in the dining area. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment, dogs are not permitted on any furniture or beds within the room. Please be advised that there is an additional charge for guests with dogs, payable upon arrival. Prior permission is required, so please contact us before booking. ​

We are rural here, but are equidistant from the towns of Bungay and Harleston about 4 miles away. Guests come to visit the Broads, Southwold and the seaside , but also just enjoy long walks in the lovely countryside.
