We loved the quirky decor in the pictures and we were not disappointed. Our host Paul was very welcoming and provided useful local knowledge on places to visit, where to eat etc. He prepared breakfast for us at a time of our choosing - hot pastries, fruit juice, fresh coffee. Toast, yoghurt etc were also available. We were able to use the comfortable lounge and we were invited to use the kitchen as well. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. The bedroom and en suite were spotlessly clean. Tea\coffee facilities in the bedroom (with real milk!) and basic toiletries in the bathroom. The location was excellent: easy walk into town for dinner. We found free parking in the street outside each day from 4pm to 10am.

Location excellent; communication great, Paul was extremely helpful, Comfortable bed Paul was great at advising the best places to eat and drink and where to visit However, the best parts are Paul wishes for guests to use the kitchen and dining room to eat your take a way food, great Thai nearby by the way, and use of the lounge to watch any dvd you want to, it’s a bnb Jim but not as you know at it 👍 peace man

It was in a good location - very easy to walk into Ludlow. Eclectic decoration, no sign of B&B chintz & all the better for that. Bed very comfortable, large spacious bathroom. Breakfast good . The best part of the stay was the host, eccentric,charming & very hospitable- it was like staying with a friend.

Excellent stay in a fantastic location, Paul is a great host and will happily advise you on places to go and things to see. A great little local pub just a few doors away where we were made very welcome, The Old Street Tavern, if we do ever visit Ludlow again we will definitely be staying here again.

A 'more-than-you-can-eat' continental breakfast with warm, baked pastries prepared fresh each morning by Paul. The property is ideally located to explore the stunningly beautiful town of Ludlow on foot and enjoy the pubs and restaurants without the worry of driving. We would recommend 'The Queens' and 'The Blue Boar' for good food and real ale, especially that from the local Ludlow Brewing Company. Paul welcomes you to his home, and goes out of his way to make guests feel relaxed and comfortable.

Excellent breakfast, provided gluten free options, just let the host know before you arrive about dietary needs. Paul is a very convivial host, full of knowledge about Ludlow and a very interesting conversationalist. A 5 minute walk into the town. Recommend The Queens for exceptional food and service, best to book, ask Paul for directions. Overall a most enjoyable stay.
