This is a charming, 19th century, stone-built, detached cottage set in the village of Llangynog and can sleep six people. The cottage has a super king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request), a mezzanine twin bedroom, a ground floor double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a ground floor bathroom, an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area with electric log effect stove, a sitting area with a large stone fireplace with multi-fuel stove and a south-facing conservatory with mountain views. With views over the Berwyn Mountains and wooded hills and valley, the village of Llangynog is a lovely spot for a holiday. In an area popular for climbing, walking, birdwatching and mountain biking, Llangynog village also has two pubs which serve food, making it a great base for relaxing after a day spent outdoors. Nearby are Lake Vyrnwy and Lake Bala, which both offer good fishing and watersports and make a good spot for a picnic.
