Superbly located in the heart of Edinburgh's Unesco New Town, this spacious apartment on Scotland Street has been recently renovated and refurnished. With high ceilings, spacious rooms and latest heating technology, the apartment is ideal for any type of stay in Edinburgh. The space The apartment is very spacious and will comfortably sleep up to 5 guests. There are two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room - bedding is available on request. The living area is incredibly airy with a smart TV, and the kitchen is completely equipped for all you need to make any type of meal. This home is managed by ALTIDO Scotland. Other things to note Please note - if the sofa bed is used there is an additional fee of 15 pounds for linen. Sofa bed linen is not provided by default so please let us know if it is required. A travel cot is available on request also - please just let us know. We use a professional cleaning company and hotel quality linen and towels will be provided for your stay. ALTIDO Scotland will be in touch to assist you with airport transfers and in-stay services, such as in-stay cleans, linen changes and childcare equipment. Within minutes of the tranquility of Scotland Street are all the bars, restaurants and shops on Broughton Street. Harvey Nichols is a mere 10 minutes walk in St Andrew Square as are many other major shops on Princes Street and George Street. The National Portrait Gallery is at the top of the hill and Edinburgh Castle, The National Gallery, The Royal Botanical Gardens are all within walking distance. Close walking distances to all Edinburgh's main attractions: Airport tram stop & bus station - 5min walk Princes street/shopping/Waverley train station - 7 min walk Old Town/Royal Mile & Edinburgh Castle - 10min walk Getting around Waverly Train Station, St Andrew Square Bus Station and tram stop are all within walking distance. There are also plenty of buses in York Place. We would highly recommend the tram if you are travelling to the airport (40 minutes and 8 pounds return fare). UBER is great in Edinburgh - a rule of thumb being that 5-10 pounds will get you almost everywhere you want to get to from the house. There is also a secure private car park just a few minutes away and we have a discount code available for our guests (just ask!).
