Kitchen area: With Aga, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed and 32" TV.
Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed.
Bedroom 3: With double bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.
Separate toilet.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner provided, remainder at cost. . Large, enclosed, lawned garden with patio, garden furniture, patio heater and BBQ. Covered, heated dining area (for 6) available May-October. Bike store. Parking for 3 cars. Please note: No children under 2 years old.. Fortuna is a very stylish bungalow situated in a quiet area of Scarborough yet not far from all the amenities. The property has an open plan living area with a cosy wood burner and French doors leading out into the enclosed lawned garden where you’ll find a lovely private seating area. It’s spacious and has a very contemporary feel to it, the glass roof over the living area is a unique feature allowing you to gaze up at the stars from the warmth and comfort of Fortuna.
The location is excellent for exploring all of North Yorkshire from the beautiful moors to the stunning coast, there’s so much to see and do here. For the walkers amongst you, the Cleveland Way is a short stroll away, an excellent introduction to this renowned rugged coastline.
