We love cycling, taking walks with our dog around the nearby woods and lakes, rowing along the river Wey, visiting numerous National Trust properties, attending music concerts at GLive concert hall which is only 5 minutes walk from our house, cinema and going out to excellent restaurants and pubs which are all within walking distance.

The property is situated in Surrey Hills, an area of outstanding beauty. Guildford itself is a beautiful historic city with a medieval castle and picturesque old buildings and elegant shops in High Street which is pedestrianised. There are nearby museums, two theatres, a cinema complex and numerous clubs and cafes. In summer, there is WeyFest Music Festival, open air theatres and concerts in the grounds of manor houses and vineyards open to public.
