Aberavon Beach in Port Talbot is less than 15 minutes drive away and the secluded beach at Morfa Bay is a great walk and worth the effort! Further afield is the holiday resort of Portchcawl which boosts Europes largest holiday park.. There are numerous beaches and a fun fair to enjoy just a 15 minute drive away. Port talbot town centre has a a good assortment of shops at the Afan centre to cater for your shooping needs. For larger shops, Swansea is approximately a 20 minute drive from the property and Cardiff, the capital of Wales is 30 minutes away. The property sits between two motorway junctions both within 5 minutes of the property, so access to the m4 to explore Wales further is easy.
