Enys Boathouse is situated in Porkellis and offers a garden and a terrace. This studio-style space offers access to a balcony. Featuring garden views, the holiday home is fitted with a flat-screen TV, a seating area, a wardrobe and 1 bathroom. There is a dining area and a kitchen complete with an oven and a microwave. The living area doubles as the main sleeping area with a pull-down double bed (wall bed) that folds away when not in use. There are two small single beds in the Crow's Nest in the rafters, which is accessible via a pull-down ladder.Please note the Crow’s Nest is only suitable for children aged 5 and over. St Ives is 19 km from the holiday home, while Newquay is 31 km away. The nearest airport is Land's End Airport, 32 km from Enys Boathouse.

The boathouse is a unique wooden structure based on the Bolney Ferry Boathouse on the River Thames. Although not near water, this charming property benefits from its own private terrace and enjoys panoramic westerly views out over the countryside and distant sea views. The boathouse is a studio-style space and offers versatile self catering accommodation that's perfect for small families, couples and even groups of friends. The living area converts into the main bedroom, with a comfy pull down double wall bed (hidden away in a cabinet when not in use). There are two additional beds in the Crow's Nest - a cosy sleeping space up in the eaves of the property. This accessible via a pull-down loft ladder and boasts 2 small single beds. It's a great space for kids (suitable for children aged 5 and over) and, although headroom is limited, can be used by adults too!
Hi, I'm Mike and, together with my wife Beccy, I manage Enys Boathouse. We love our quirky space and we think you'll love it too! It's perfect for small families who love the unusual look and feel of the place - it's the ideal choice for those who are looking for something a little different. If you have any questions or issues during your stay we live next door at Rose Cottage, so are always on hand to help.
Porkellis is a lovely, quiet village near Helston. The Star Inn is just 100 yards from Enys Boathouse and is the central hub of the village. It's not only a great place to eat and drink but it also houses a small shop and even a library! Helston is just 5 miles away and has lots of amenities including Tesco and Sainsburys supermarkets.
