The house resides in a peaceful countryside location with a sunny garden bordered by a stream complete with wild ducks. Comprising a King size bedroom, a twin bedroom, newly appointed bathroom with bath and an open plan kitchen, lounge, diner, this apartment is perfect for up to four adults. We believe a good nights sleep is key to a great holiday, so we pride ourselves on the comfortable beds complete with Eve mattresses and hotel quality linen. Our towels are also hotel quality, including big fluffy bath sheets. If it gets chilly outside, heat the apartment with our brand new electric heaters available in each room and ready for you to switch on and adjust to your preference at the touch of a button. To keep you connected, we have high speed internet, and to keep you entertained we provide streaming and Sky television. Being a 10 minute walk from the beach, you might want to enjoy surfing, bodyboarding and a range of beach games. Feel free to borrow our beach toys, rugs, chairs and bodyboards, and use our garden storage room to store your own beach gear and boards. Are you arriving by electric car? If so, we can offer charging (charges apply) so you can head out with a full battery each day. We also look after the environment. Our cleaning products are all environmentally friendly, we reduce and recycle waste, and our electricity is supplied by our very own solar panels (when the sun is shining!). We also garden for wildlife, so sit on our sunny patio and watch out for various garden visitors including the illusive King Fisher and the local ducks who visit for their breakfast. We don't charge a cleaning fee, so please help us by treating the apartment with respect, following the recycling guide, emptying the dishwasher before you go and not wearing shoes inside the property.

Hello, We are Alan, Jo your hosts! We followed our dream and moved to a Cornish long cottage in our favourite seaside location. We love taking long walks on the beach and exploring the region. Alan is a health professional, whilst Jo is an IT Trainer. We love to travel, and have visited many countries. We aim to visit every country in the world!
