Bright first floor flat which forms part of an elegant Victorian tenement building. This elegant flat is divided into 3 bedrooms comprising of one double room (master), a twin room and a box room with a day bed which can easily be converted to a double. We provide all bedding, towels, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, iron and an ironing board for your convenience. A spacious flat to relax and unwind after a day taking in the beautiful and historic sights of the Scottish capital.
Hi, I'm Graeme, I'm delighted that you've thought about booking my place in Edinburgh. I've recently (lovingly) upgraded the apartment and tried to blend some modern twists whilst respecting the Victorian heritage of the area. If you do select my place, you can be rest assured that our team will do everything possible to ensure you have an excellent experience. I have a passion for travel and enjoy experiencing new countries and cultures, I embraced the sharing economy to see the world through a different lens! HOUSE RULES: Just a friendly reminder; as my guests I kindly ask you to follow these important guest standards: • Respect our strictly **NO PARTY POLICY**. Any forms of events or gatherings during the stay are strictly not allowed. • Respect surrounding communities - Guests should respect all designated quiet hours: after 10 pm and before 7 am, and keep disruptive noise to a minimum (ex: loud music, shouting, constant stomping, slamming doors, etc.). • Respect the property - Guests should not leave the property in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (ex: with soiled carpet, moldy dishes, excessive trash, etc.). Cleaning fees are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (ex: laundry, vacuuming, etc.). Smoking inside the property is strictly not allowed. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarettes afterward. The apartment is within a residential neighborhood - and the house rules, especially around noise, are in place to be respectful of our neighbors - it's really important to us that this is respected. I hope you understand and thank you in advance for your cooperation. Reminder: The fireplace in this property is for decoration purposes only. Please make sure not to use it during your stay.
