Our whole experience was exceptional. excellent value for money. Staff very friendly clean and tidy room excellent breakfast service great .Places are very few and far between these days with the personal service would defiantly stay again.

The location was great. Having free parking was an absolute bonus and the freedom to go in and out as we pleased. The room was so warm and comfortable it made for a great nights sleep - the facilities were brilliant and I especially liked having the SMART TV. It gave us much more freedom for things to watch in the evening that fitted our taste. The staff were lovely and welcoming and couldn’t do anymore than we asked. Will definitely be coming again!

The Staff were absolutely excellent. The welcome was really good and the lady serving the breakfasts was so on the ball. I would give this lady 10/10. The hotel was quiet, and there were no banging of doors in the night.

Good clean room Bed a little hard for my personal preference but nothing major. Friendly, welcoming staff. Was able to check in early and out later with no extra charge. Close to Pleasure Beach.

Friendly and welcoming host, rooms were very clean, tidy and comfortable, very handy having parking in Blackpool. Situated near to tram stop. Bar in hotel was cheap and nice to relax after long day. Would definitely book again.

We were made very welcome by the owner. When we asked about directions to a venue we wanted to go to, she took us there in her car and offered advice about getting a taxi ordered to ensure we got to a wedding the following day. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and newly decorated. Breakfast was freshly cooked. We thought it might be noisy as we were overlooking the road but it was surprisingly quiet. Excellent value for money. Parking is available which is a plus in Blackpool. It has a lift so you don't have to lug your cases up the stairs.
