Craiglure is a cosy single-storey property, 1.2 miles from Gatehouse of Fleet. The cottage has three bedrooms - two doubles, one with an en-suite shower room, and a single with additional pull-out stacker bed - and a house bathroom, along with additional cloakroom. There is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with open fire, along with a conservatory. Outside, is an extensive lawn, sloping in some parts, and a raised deck with furniture, along with off road parking for three cars. With the amenities of Gatehouse of Fleet close by and plentiful walking, fishing, golfing and more, Craiglure is a lovely year-round family base.

Situated on the Solway Firth, the small, country town of Gatehouse of Fleet is a peaceful place, decorated in pretty pastel colours. Set in the gorgeous Dumfries and Galloway countryside and within five minutes' drive of beautiful sandy beaches, there is also a loch and the opportunity to try river town boasts several shops, including a baker, butcher, grocer, bank and Post Office, whilst a number of the pubs also serve food and welcome children.
