The Team are located in the Cotels HQ 7Zero1 building where guests will find the Office/Reception, Secure 24 Hour Key Collection, The Zone and The Private Garden. At Cotels we go out of our way to get to know our guests in the aim of building trust with guests so they can stay in the confidence that they are at the centre of everything we do. However, we must admit that whilst we are very serious about delivering an excellent guest experience we are ‘terrible’ at doing cool corporate.
