## The space The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a long or short stay in London. The apartment is cosy, comfortable with all the amenities that you may need. There is a stunning double bedroom and a welcoming reception room to enjoy your free time in. Our cleaners place fresh, hotel quality linen on the bed just before your arrival. With a fully equipped kitchen, you will have all the utensils you need to cook up some tasty treats. That said, you're in one of the best cities for eating out with cuisine from all over the world. I strongly encourage you to explore! ## Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. ## Guest interaction We will be contactable by email or telephone during your stay. ## Other things to note I have provided a few extras to make your stay more comfortable. There will be hair straighteners and an iPhone 6/7 charger available for guests to use. Guests will have full access to my library of books if they wish. Please note this property does not have a dinning room table, it has a coffee table (ideal for work)

## The neighborhood Few places bustle like Battersea these days, with top-notch restaurants, bars and boozers bringing 'em in from far and wide. The Battersea Arts Centre continues to showcase some of the best in the business, and the zoo and the park are great for kids (and kids within). The Pump House Gallery is as good as ever and then there's the heliport, with choppers taking you for some seriously impressive views across our fair city. Battersea has plenty of shops and restaurants — close to Clapham Junction, up St John’s Road, continuing along Northcote Road and up the hill from the junction along Lavender Hill and Battersea Rise. There is a Peter Jones department store on Sloane Square. Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay’s London House restaurant in Battersea Square has brought fine dining to the area. Other local eateries include Soif, a French bistro and wine bar in Battersea Rise, part of the Terroirs group, which has pioneered natural and organic wines; Boqueria Market, a tapas bar in Queenstown Road; the eccentric Fish in a Tie Mediterranean restaurant in Falcon Road, and two imports from Brixton Village — sourdough pizza restaurant Franco Manca in Northcote Road, and KaoSarn, a Thai restaurant in St John’s Hill. ## Getting around The apartment is under 5 minutes walk from Battersea Park Station. Queenstown Station is also under a 10 minute walk away. There are plenty of buses leaving from nearby stops that will take you all over London. The 137 and 452 bus stop is just 2 mins away and reaches Sloane Square/Kings Road in 10mins. There are also Santander Bike Stations surrounding the property if you feel like a cycle around the city.
