The property is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, paddling pool, tennis courts and pleasure gardens. It’s also close to a bus stop for access to Skegness and other East Coast locations. French doors open up on to a beautiful front porch, ideal for enjoying breakfast, and a secluded back garden (secure for a small dog) with patio furniture. Perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the fresh sea air! Coolgardie has all modern facilities, including free Wifi throughout the property, a comfortable bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a large kitchen with an oven, microwave and dishwasher. a spacious lounge with a 43” smart TV and complimentary Netflix.
