The south facing window fills the room with natural light & provides a view down into the garden. Simple heating controls connect to the gas fired boiler system providing hot water on demand & a cosy environment. In the newly decorated, fully equipped kitchen you'll have the option to cook up a lovely meal, using gas hobs, integrated oven and microwave. I also provide tea & coffee making facilities and a range of breakfast cereals. Step onto Italian porcelain floor tiles and refresh in the modern shower room with fluffy towels and complementary toiletries. The double bedroom features a comfortable bed, large wardrobes, bed side tables, reading lamps & full length black-out curtains.

Hello and welcome to my lovely home. I enjoy meeting people from all over the world and showing others why Edinburgh is truly one of the best city to live in and explore. A lot of museums, art galleries and theaters are just a walk or ride away from me and one of the main train/tram stations at Haymarket, is only 7 minutes’ walk from my home. I know a lot about Edinburgh as I have been lucky enough to explore this city as a tourist before my family moved here from England a few years ago. If you are looking for any unusual things to buy - then I might be able to point you in the right direction of all the markets. I adore travelling whenever I can and explore different cultures and our constantly changing world. I really do have a family motto which is" If Plan A didn’t work, the alphabet has 25 more letters!'. I am pleased to offer my home for you to enjoy Edinburgh, one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. My apartment puts you in easy reach of attractions such as the historic Edinburgh Castle, the National Museum of Scotland, Holyrood Palace, Princes Street and all the main shopping and leisure attractions. The nearby Edinburgh and Napier Universities are among the leading educational institutions in the country and Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) is one of the world's outstanding venues for conferences and events. The award winning King’s Theater and Usher Hall are both only a 10-minute walk away. For even more entertainment, the Fountainpark Complex is even closer and has cafes, a cinema, bowling alley and casino. Outside my building you can catch buses to Edinburgh Airport, New Town and Ocean Terminal. The apartment is situated within a traditional sandstone tenement building opposite the birthplace of Sir Sean Connery. The Grand Union Canal, trendy cafes, bars and restaurants are on your doorstep. There are two local supermarkets, a cinema and a great selection of coffee shops a few minutes away.
