Coach House Cottage offers peaceful, friendly bed and breakfast accommodation in a leafy setting within the heart of Bournemouth. The Oceanarium and BIC are just under a 20-minute walk. Private en suite bathrooms are available in every room along with king-size beds, free Wi-Fi, LCD digital TVs with Freeview, and DVD players. Rooms also provide small fridges for guests, as well as tea and coffee-making facilities. Rooms also offer conservatories. Guests can enjoy full English breakfasts at Coach House Cottage, which can be served in the room. Breakfast can also be taken outdoors in one of the courtyards. Bournemouth boasts seven miles of beach, all within walking distance of Coach House Cottage. Bournemouth town centre and Rail Station is 5 minutes’ walk from Coach House, and Russell Cotes Art Gallery and Museum is a 15-minute walk.

Coach House Cottage is a converted Victorian coach house. Used as a coach house until 1920's when it became a repair shop run by the Smith family. During WW2 it was a building society office. In 1952 it was converted into a house.
I am keen on local history having written a book on the history of hotels in Bournemouth called A Bed by the Sea. I know lots of places around Bournemouth and know some hidden gems too.
Set in the pretty East Cliff part of Bournemouth it is a few minutes walk to the cliff top where you can see the Isle of Wight or Isle of Purbeck. The 2 zig zag paths down to the sea are not far away. The town centre is within walking distance and bus stops and the train/ coach station are close by.
