Stunning 19th century mews cottage, fully modernised, in a quiet courtyard in the centre of Pateley Bridge. The town is in the Yorkshire Dales and in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which makes it an ideal centre for walking and sightseeing. Part of a recent courtyard development this Grade II listed cottage is located between High Street and Back High Street in the centre of the picturesque market town. The HIgh Street contains many interesting and unusual shops and quaint alleyways. Access: There is pedestrian access via an archway from the High Street at the side of the Crown Public House. Car access (for loading/unloading only) is via Back High Street. There is plenty of public parking nearby. Unsuitable for wheelchair users. Family friendly: Suitable for children of all ages. Notes: Small well behaved dogs allowed with prior agreement. Strictly no smoking.
