Church View is a beautifully presented holiday home, available to rent throughout the year, and located in the delightful seaside resort of Trearddur Bay on Holy Island, the North West coast of Anglesey. PARKING FOR 2 CARS AND AN EV CHARGER The rear of the property has delightful views of St Ffraid’s Church, yet it is only two hundred metres from the main blue flag beach. Church View has a lovely relaxing feel to the place and is a real home from home. There is an open plan lounge and dining room with access to an enclosed courtyard. There are 3 bedrooms and the house sleeps 7 plus a cot. There is an EV charger at the property you can access using an app to charge your car. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment and a small shower cubicle. There is a downstairs WC / toilet. The house is well equipped for young children and we provide toys, books, games and jigsaws. The shed has equipment for the beach, buckets, spades and crab lines. Bed linen, bath towels and tea towels are provided but please bring beach towels. Some self catering basics provided – tea bags, kitchen roll, foil / freezer bags, washing up liquid, hand soap, toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets. Pete, Amanda and Matthew, a family of 3, who just love Anglesey. We live South of Manchester and so are only 2 hours away from Church View. When we come to Trearddur Bay we enjoy exploring the coastline, spending time on the various beaches and eating out in some wonderful restaurants - all on our doorstep. We fell in love with the location of the house. It's on a quiet cul de sac. The house has a lovely relaxed feel and all home comforts so it doesn't really feel like a holiday rental. We have equipped the house so that when we come and stay there is little we need to bring with us. The views out the back and from the garden are lovely of the Church and we enjoy spotting the resident seagull! Being only 200 metres from the beach is superb and its very handy to be able to pop back to the house for anything forgotten!

Trearddur Bay boasts a wonderful holiday vibe throughout the year. It is perfect for all water sport enthusiasts and golfers, with courses nearby, and Church View is ideally located to take advantage of the resort’s main amenities. It is the perfect base for either a family holiday or a short weekend break. With several bars and restaurants in walking distance, the house is great for those who love to dine out in beautiful surroundings. Anglesey is a wonderful island to explore, although it can be difficult to tear yourself away from Trearddur Bay!
