## The space This is a clean, newly renovated one bedroom basement apartment that is perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. It has everything you need for a short or extended stay - a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, bedroom, bathroom and outdoor patio area. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and storage space available. You will enter the home in the kitchen which is next to the bathroom and living room. The living room has a TV and dining area with plenty of natural light from the large window that looks to the stairs that lead to the home. The bedroom is next to the living area, a perfect snug with storage and fresh clean linen. ## Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. ## Guest interaction I will be contactable via phone or email during your stay. ## Other things to note You will find my place a home away from home. The flat is fully furnished and there is essential crockery and cooking equipment to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I also provide hotel quality linen and my home is professionally cleaned before every visit.

## The neighborhood New Town: The most desirable residential area in Edinburgh. It is also a Unesco World Heritage Site on account of its Georgian Architecture. The area is peppered with high-end restaurants, a mix of proper pubs, and more fashionable bars and art galleries. Within minutes of walking out of the front door you can either be in Stockbridge which is full of fabulous specialist shops, drinking a delicious coffee or walking along Princes Street, admiring Edinburgh Castle. It is also within minutes’ walk of fashionable George Street, with great shopping and wonderful restaurants. ## Getting around It's very easy to walk into all areas of the city centre, while direct bus connections to the airport and wider city are available on the doorstep. BUSES: Lothian buses is Edinburgh's local bus company alongside First buses which operate in the wider area. Lothian Buses has a great app available that will help you get around the city. Most Lothian buses have free Wifi and Edinburgh's city centre has free Wifi available as well.
