Caxton House is a pet-friendly holiday home set over four floors with 13 bedrooms with TVs, 12 of which have en-suites consisting of doubles, twins, singles, bunks, and family rooms. There is also a bathroom, two shower rooms, and two cloakrooms. The living areas include a kitchen, lower-ground-floor utility, dining room, sitting room, first-floor sitting room, games room, conservatory, and an study. Appliances include a seven-ring gas Range, microwave, fridge, freezer, two washing machines, tumble dryer, dishwasher, electric hand washer, and a bain-marie. For entertainment are 16 TVs, WiFi, a selection of books and games, a pool table, and arcade games. Outside, there is driveway parking for up to 10 cars, EV charging, a storage shed, and a walled garden with lawn, patio, furniture, cold-water tap and ornamental pond.
