Initially, I was at a hotel at great Yarmouth which was meant to be for a few nights. The hotel was torrid, uninhabitable that should be bulldozed. Being on a trip for a few nights with kids we required something more comfortable. After leaving that hotel after one night we booked Carlton. It was perfect for us, the owners of the caravan were very helpful. Due to our unexpected situation they even provided us with towels and linens which was highly appreciated. It was a comfortable stay in a secluded area. Great Yarmouth beach 12 min drive which wasn't a problem at all.

Amazing family break with 5 and 4 year old. Location was perfect as secluded and great for day trips to Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft and Roar dinosaur park. It was perfectly basic which with two young kids was just what we needed.

Excellent caravan with all facilities for comfort, there was everything we needed for a weekend stay. Very cozy, clean and nice place, also very quite location. We have had an amazing weekend.

I liked the fact that it was the only static caravan on the site - also while we were there - there was only one other caravan on the site so even though your next door to the farm house it was very private and very quiet.
