Ground floor Bedroom 2, complete with king size bed, quality sprung mattress with memory foam topper and high thread count sheets, wardrobe and vanity table, bedside tables and lamps. Bedroom 3 consists of single bed with pull out trundle bed, both matresses are high quality sprung matresses and all bedding is high thread count (400 minimum), bedside table with lamp and double wardrobe. Family Bathroom, toilet over bath shower and vanity unit. Upper Floor: Master Bedroom, complete with walk in robe, quality innersprung mattress with high thread count sheets and ensuite, bedside tables and lamps. Combined Dining / Kitchen area, two 3 seater sofa's, coffee tables, 6 person dining room table with chairs. Kitchen including microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, sandwich maker, utensils and a large American style fridge freezer with ice maker. Parking is available for a single car only, no additional parking is available. Strictly NO PETS, against the management companies policies. Please do not ask as we CANNOT accept pets. ## The neighborhood Quiet suburban development set back from the street in a very nice neighborhood. Walking distance to a local shopping district with mini Sainsburys and take away restaurants, or walk to York city centre for all the delights on offer. ## Getting around York is best explored on foot.
