Great location, beautiful views . Close to promenade and playground for kids. The house was so cosy and comfortable warm and inviting when the weather was so cold,dark and windy outside. Plenty of extra sheets and pillows were available which really helped us a lot. Also the tower fans were so thoughtful. Overall the cosy home in such a beautiful location really helped us have an amazing holiday to end the year beautifully.

Modern New Build House looking out onto the seaside. This property is in a quite lovely neighbourhood. Llanfairfechan beach is under 5 mins walk about 0.2miles. There is a nice play area for kids and the property is in a safe place so no risk of kids running on the road. The connectiviy is very good due to the close proximy of A55 motorway. It’s a short walk from the house to the supermarket, cafes, pubs and the coast. The property includes a living room with a flat-screen TV. There is a seating area, a dining area and a kitchen complete with a dishwasher, an oven, a fridge freezer and a microwave. House has Smart TV, Wi-Fi throughout, open living room and kitchen. The house has a patio area for outdoor socialising and a small garden. The space Larger groups can be accommodated with another house next door to this property so please ask for availability. You will get a Welcome pack of Milk and Welsh tea cakes and the access codes will be given to you once booking is confirmed and cancellation period expired. PLEASE NOTE: The property is in very close proximity to A55 expressway. The Internet connection is by Talk talk and we DO NOT garuntee the sevice.
I love to go out and about on holidays and North Wales is one of my favourite places. I am in love with the area hence bought a holiday home. I have set it up as I would like to stay in a holiday home when I visit one. I enjoy water sports a lot and this is a place where you can find all the water sports activities you would fancy doing on a holiday. If you need anything more please do not hesitate to contact me.
Llandudno Junction is under 13 mins drive around 8 miles and the Llandudno Pier is around 12 miles and can be reached in about 20 mins. There is a vast number of things to do in Llandudno and you can get a glimspe of it on the visitllandudno website. Snowdonia is again a 15 mins drive and about 10 miles. You can visit the following website to know more on the visitsnowdonia website. Betws-y-coed is 13.7 miles and Conwy Castle is around 7 miles (12 mins), Deganwy is under 10 miles and the list goes on... There is a beautiful waterfall and a number of water sports and activities in and around the area.
