## The space The entrance to this two bedroom flat is located on the second floor where you enter to the private stairwell leading to the landing. Off of the landing you have 2 spacious double bedrooms, the main bathroom, kitchen and the large living area. The newly refurnished kitchen is fitted with all essential amenities. The living area is bright and spacious, you will find a dinning area with plenty of space to seat 4 people, ideal for when you want to sit down for a home cooked meal (or takeaway!), and a comfy L-shaped sofa inviting you to put your feet up after a long day exploring the city. The bi-fold doors open out to the balcony where you can enjoy the long summer days and nights. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers plenty of space, with a double bed and large wardrobes. ## The neighborhood Edwardian era mansions and tree-lined streets comprise Maida Vale, a predominately residential neighbourhood in west London. Floating homes also characterise the area—houseboats and gondolas drift through this “Little Venice” thanks to the convergence of canals near its southern border. Peppered with local bars and cafes, this reserved neighbourhood is better for swirling cocktails than swigging beers after (or before) a commute to central London.
