Here at this beautiful Victorian property which looks over The Bowling Green on Melton Road in West Bridgford, we have a number of apartments to short term let. They are all serviced apartments, fully furnished with fully equipped kitchens, a dedicated car parking space right outside (but not for large vehicles such as vans) & modern bathroom. PLEASE NOTE: There is a designated car parking space at the rear. This is strictly for one vehicle only and is not suitable for vans due to size. If someone has parked in the designated parking space please park in the nearby free car park and let our team know as these are monitored daily and assigned according to property. Please note if your car is parked in the incorrect space they will be charged fifty pounds from their deposit due to the strict enforcement policy in place by the building management company who monitors daily. The property looks over the Bowling Green & West Bridgford Tennis Club, which is in the heart of West Bridgford's thriving independent retail & hospitality area. It is very close to the junction of Musters and Melton Roads within a short walk to the shops and a quick bus ride into Nottingham. There are many stylish bars, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance and a large park with additional public tennis courts as well as children's and teenagers' play areas. Other details to note: Feel free to sign in your current Netflix account on our Netflix ready Smart TV for a relaxing time after a busy day. Kindly ensure to sign out when departing from the property. To enhance our guests' stay, we provide toiletries and other amenities upon their arrival, ensuring a great start to their experience. In the event that these items are consumed before their departure, we kindly request them to purchase replacements from nearby shops, as we do not offer replenishment services.
