Boscote Cottage is a characterful and quaint Victorian terraced cottage in a wonderfully central location in Stratford-Upon-Avon. Stripped pine doors, flagstone floors and an open hearth all adds to the character. It is situated in one of the old parts of town and is just a minute’s walk from Henley Street one of the main streets in town. Henley Street, one of the town's main streets, is a one-minute walk from the cottage. There are a wide variety of restaurants, cafe's and takeaways all with a few minutes walk. The Royal Shakespeare Theatre is approx. 15 mins walk. The river avon is a smilar distance. Major supermarkets are within walking distance too. Large, outdoor spaces such as the Welcombe Hills or the recreation park are within 15-20 min walk. The Leisure centre is a 10 min walk away. Everything is super close! Parking is on-street in a zoned area. We provide a visitor's car parking permit for one car, for the zone, for the duration of your stay. Parking cannot be guaranteed.

We have been offering our character cottage for self-catering holidays for many years. We have met some wonderful guests during this time. We also live in the town so we are at hand should you need our assistance during your stay.

The cottage is in a very central location - just a one minute walk from Henley Street - on of the main shopping streets where Shakespeare's birthplace can be found too. Town is full of wonderful places to eat too - from gastro pubs to michelin starred restaurants, take-aways to coffee shops. It is all on your doorstep!
