A beautifully appointed apartment. Spotlessly clean with quality fittings and facilities. Couldn't be better placed for Brighton seafront. The property also comes with an allocated, off-road parking space adjacent to the entrance. An added bonus is that it was just a short walk (stagger!) from the Brighton Marathon finish line. If you're thinking of running in 2025, I recommend you book now.

Welcome to Beaches Brighton, our stunning seaside holiday home. Our lowest rates are ONLY available by booking directly via our own website, so head there for a guaranteed saving. We offer a luxuriously appointed home away from home for you to enjoy during your visit to the city of Brighton & Hove. Situated right on the seafront, the beach and promenade just yards away, we are a short walk from central Brighton & Hove and all it has to offer. Our aim is to provide a 5-star experience and we look forward to offering you a warm welcome. Complimentary car parking for 1 vehicle is available. Apart from having 2 luxuriously appointed en-suite bedrooms, there is also 'The Den' which is a small, cosy separate bedroom, accessed from the private terrace of the Luxury King Bedroom, this involves going outside into the private terrace (open-air) and to use the bathroom facilities requires re-entering the Luxury King Bedroom to access it's en-suite shower room. The 'Den' is housed with bunk beds (Mattress length 5'9" / 176cm. Room size is 3.6m2). 'The Den' is a perfect sleeping snug. Smoking is ONLY allowed outdoors at CAR PARK level. No Pets are allowed. 'The Den' (Bunkbed bedroom) is accessed through the Luxury King Bedroom French doors. This involves going outside into the private secure terrace (open-air). Bed mattress length 5'9" / 176cm. It is a small, cosy bedroom with a lockable door and the room size is 3.6m2. Check-out is 10.45am and MUST be completed BEFORE 11am. There is a STRICT quiet time to be observed between 10pm-7am. We are situated right on the seafront in a central location. The beach and promenade are on your doorstep.
