Situated 0.6 miles from Aylesbury town centre and Aylesbury train station, The Malt House offers room-only accommodation set in landscaped, historic grounds. Free secure gated parking and WiFi are available. The Malt House retains original features with classic decoration and modern amenities, each room offers a HD flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities, a mini-fridge and wash basin. Bedrooms feature either an en suite or shared bathroom, a hairdryer, free luxury toiletries, an iron and ironing board. Guests are a 10-minute walk from an array of shops and restaurants, including National Trust King's Head Inn, and JD Wetherspoon where guests can find a cooked breakfast until 12:00 daily. The perfect alternative to bed and breakfasts in Aylesbury “Room Only” accommodation with self-catering breakfast facilities. The Malt House is an elegant, gated, period residence enclosed within a ¼ acre of 16th century walled, historic grounds. Located near the heart of Aylesbury town centre, it offers accommodation on a “Room Only” basis, suited to the more independent traveller with basic breakfast items provided Each room has a mini-fridge so guests can supply their own breakfast items from the nearby Waitrose or Tesco. Crockery and cutlery are provided. Alternatively, guests can enjoy a full breakfast menu at the nearby local restaurant. FACILITIES: Free WIFI, Free gated, security accessed off-road parking ,mini fridge, iron and ironing board , large desk, 32” TV, wash basin, toiletries, hairdryer, towels, robes, and a fully stocked tea tray with kettle, crockery. 10 minute walk from restaurants offering full breakfast service. Free security accessed private off-road parking Children over 12 welcome. Sorry no pets.
